We collect data you provide directly — for example when you submit the contact form or download a resource — such as your name, email address, and message contents. When you press Continue in a questionnaire, we may save the details already entered even if another field needs correction. We use those details only to follow up about that request. We also collect limited technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) needed to serve the site securely.

Our SEO audit tools, on this site or through AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude that connect to them, work from the website address you submit, plus a Google Maps link if you choose to add one. The scan reads the site's public pages and produces a report. We keep that report for up to 12 months so its share link keeps working and a repeat scan of the same site can reuse it. After that it deletes automatically. We also keep a small log of each scan: the address, the date, the score. If you ask to get a report by email, we use that address to send it, and we may follow up about it once.

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25). We collect your information only with your consent — for example when you submit or continue through a form — or where the law otherwise permits it. For visitors from the EU/EEA, we honour the equivalent rights under the GDPR.

To respond to your enquiries and deliver the resources you request. You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your data at any time by contacting us. We do not sell your personal data.

We use Plausible Analytics across this site to measure page visits, time on page, scroll depth, navigation, and interactions such as link clicks and form-step completion. We configure it without analytics cookies and never send form values, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to it. Plausible receives limited technical information, including the page URL, browser details, and IP address, to produce aggregated statistics. We also keep the first page path in your browser tab's session storage so we can understand which pages people visit next; it is removed when the tab session ends.

Our advertising campaign landing pages also use the Meta Pixel, a third-party tracking technology from Meta Platforms, Inc. It records visits and actions such as lead submissions to measure advertising performance and attribute conversions. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, page URL, and campaign parameters, and may process this information outside Quebec or Canada. You can limit this tracking through your browser settings and Meta ad preferences.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site (website hosting, email delivery, simple data storage, and advertising measurement), and only to the extent needed for them to provide their service. Some providers may store or process information outside Quebec or Canada; we use providers that offer protection comparable to the law that applies here. We never sell or rent your information.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — contact enquiries and resource requests for as long as the conversation or relationship is active. After that, it is deleted.
